GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
 

  • International Journal of Pure and Engineering Mathematics (IJPEM) is a referred reviewed periodical multidisciplinary research journal. This journal also welcomes review papers, research communication, innovative thoughts that stimulate research in Mathematical Sciences and all branches of Engineering and allied areas. We would like to invite you to submit manuscripts of your original papers, for possible publication in IJPEM. The journal has preference on papers having a broad interest. This is a broad-based journal covering all branches of engineering, mathematics, statistics and computer science. It's also published interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research

  • The Journal of Pure and Engineering Mathematics is an international journal publishing three issues in a year (April, August, & December) it aims to publish original research papers devoted to all areas of mathematical sciences and engineering applications. The topics that are covered by this Journal are: Pure, Applied & Engineering Mathematics, Theoretical and Applied Statistics, Mathematical Physics, Mathematical Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Management Science, Engineering and allied areas. The emphasis is on originality, quality, and importance. Dr. S. M. Khairnar, Goldmedalist, Professor & Head, is the Principal Editor and Editorial Board includes Researchers and Scientists from India, Canada, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Nepal, Netherlands, USA, Mexico, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, China, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Algeria and Australia.

  • The manuscript should be prepared using LaTeX (preferred) or pdf or Word processing system, basic font Roman 12pt size. The papers should be in English and typed in frames 14 x 21.6 cm (margins 3.5 cm on left and right and 4 cm on top and bottom) in single column on A4-format white paper with double line spacing. On the first page leave 4 cm space on the top for the journal's headings.

  • Each page should be numbered, the first page of manuscripts should contain (i) the title; (ii) the author’s name(s) and full mailing address with e-mail; (iii) An abstract of not less than 150 words and not exceeding 300 words; (iv) Key-words; (v) mathematics subject classification (Refer Mathematical Reviews Annual Index: www.ams.org/msnhtml/serialslist/annser_frames.html).

  • Authors are requested to submit manuscripts electronically at the e-mail addresses smkhairnar2007@gmail.com & anshirsath2010@gmail.com

  • Manuscripts should not have been copyrighted, published or submitted elsewhere. An effort is made to publish a paper duly recommended by a referee within a period of maximum two months.

  • Papers should be arranged in sections as follows: Title, Abstract, Key-words, Authors affiliation, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Figures, Tables, and Legends for illustrations, Acknowledgement (if any), References. Abbreviations should be spelt out when first used in the text.

  • References should be mentioned by a number in square brackets at the end of the manuscript and should be organized as follows. [1] Duren,P.L.,Univalent functions,Springer-Verlag,New York (1983)

  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to make changes whether stylistic and / or grammatical and delete and rewrite sentences of the paper as deemed necessary.

  • Authors are requested to arrange publication charges of their papers @ US$ 15.00 per page from their institutions or research projects. For authors in India this charge is Rs. 300 per page. TEN reprints of a paper and e-copy of the journal are provided to the authors ex-gratis.

  • No manuscript should be submitted which has previously been published, or which has been simultaneously submitted for publication elsewhere. The copyright in a published article rests solely with the Publisher, and the paper may not be reproduced in whole in part by any means whatsoever without prior written permission.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

1. Page Size: A4.
2. Text: Single Columns in PDF / Word / Latex file (Preferred in LaTeX file).
3. Length of paper should be minimum 10 and maximum 40 pages.
4. The number of references should be minimum 10 excluding webliography.
5. The resolution of the figures should be minimum 400 dpi     
6. The first page includes

 
  • Title of the article (containing no mathematical symbols)
  • Author's  name
  • Affiliations (Place of working)
  • E-mail address (Must)
  • Telephone and Mobile number (Must)
  • Postal (Mailing) address for sending reprints
  • The abstract must summarize the main result(s) and, possibly, the method(s) used.  If the paper is a survey /review paper, it must be indicated so in the abstract. The abstract must not contain more than 250 words.
  • Key words and AMS subject classification.

    7. Font: Title (16 point), Abstract (11 point), Full text (12 point), References (11 point)  and Line spacing: 1.5

    8. References: Should be mentioned in the text by a number in square brackets  and  according to in the (first) author’s surname

    9. Acknowledgement: If any, may be placed at the end of the paper, just before the references
